A store that talks to customers the way they talk.
Simmy’s Collection sells soft, stretchable cotton shalwar trousers for teens, adults and seniors. Its customers order over WhatsApp, pay on delivery or by Easypaisa, and many prefer Urdu. We built a store around exactly that.
The brief
A rising brand needed a storefront that felt as simple and warm as the product. Shoppers had to pick a colour and a size with confidence, understand delivery and returns before they asked, and place an order in a few taps, all without a card-payment gateway, because the brand’s customers do not use one.
What we built
Guided ordering
A clear five-step flow: choose a colour, pick a size, add to bag, enter your details, place the order. A live bag counter and an order summary keep the customer oriented.
A fit assistant
Shoppers enter height, weight, age and preferred length and are pointed to a size, which takes the guesswork out of buying clothes online.
Size chart and answers up front
A plain size chart and a quick-answers box and FAQ cover fabric, sizing, delivery, payment, returns and colour accuracy before a customer has to ask.
English and Urdu
A built-in language switch, so customers can shop in the language they think in.
Built for local payment and delivery
Karachi and nationwide delivery options, cash on delivery and Easypaisa transfer, with WhatsApp used for confirmation, matching how the brand actually sells.
Hand-coded, not templated
Custom code with no heavy platform behind it, so the store stays light and does exactly what this business needs.
